What is Land Profit Generator?
Is a website that provides courses, software, and coaching about buying land and making a profit from it. The founders and creators of Land Profit Generator are Jack and Michelle Bosch.
Jack came from Germany in 1995 and Michelle came from Honduras in 1997. They have been in the investing niche for almost 20 years but after the financial crisis, they stumbled upon a new method to make money by selling land and in 2009 they refined this method.
The land profit generator is geared towards legal residents from the US that have an adequate financial budget for buying land. Read the entire post, to see how exactly it’s done if it’s worth the money, and how much it costs.
How does Land Profit Generator work?
The Land profit generator sells products such as courses, software, and coaching that help you use their method for making money by buying and selling land.
According to Jack and Michelle Bosch, there’s a unique opportunity to sell land in the United States. Flipping houses has become a popular method for earning money but apparently, flipping land isn’t as popular.
They say that it’s an up-and-coming trend that is in its early stages in the United States but earnings at the moment are being amplified because people have had the urge for more space since the covid outbreak.
The method itself could be split up into 4 simple steps:
1. Contacting landowners who don’t want their property anymore
2. Make them an offer at 5-25% of market value
3. Create listings for the land once you obtained it
4. Sell the property
Jack Bosch says they can turn this into a monthly income by giving them a loan on the land (seller financing) which they pay in monthly terms resulting in money coming in every month.
You could also use this program to connect the seller to a buyer and take a small commission for your services.
Why would people sell their land below market value?
The first thing I thought when I heard about the method for flipping land was why would they sell their land for 5-25% of the market value? It doesn’t seem logical.
The method only targets a specific group of landowners that don’t want their land anymore because of reasons such as:
- Property taxes
- Maintenance costs
- Not being able to make a profit off it because they just hold on to it.
- They inherited the property but don’t want it
- and more.
Apparently, there are a lot of landowners in this category that LPG members can target.

Who would benefit from purchasing Land Profit Generator:
- People that want to make money from anywhere
- People that have an interest in buying land
- People that are located in the United States
- People that are looking for a steady monthly income

Just like every other program, The Land Profit Generator isn’t perfect. This is why it’s important to know where it excels and where it could need some improvement. I have summarised the pros and cons of this product below.

They have a Facebook group where you can brainstorm with people and ask for feedback. - Personal coaching is available
When you buy the “coaching” package, you’ll get access to 1-on-1 hands-on training to make sure your business is going in the right direction. - The space isn’t oversaturated
There aren’t as many people flipping land, as houses for example which makes it easier to start earning money. - Low maintenance compared to houses
You don’t have to deal with house maintenance stuff. It is just land so there isn’t much that can happen to it. - 180-day success guarantee
The land profit generator promises that if you don’t have at least 1 deal in 6 months after following every step you’ll get your money back.
Cons
- The Land Profit Generator method is expensive
You’re paying a minimum of $997 for the product ( if you use the discount) and a minimum of $5000 for buying land. The costs of just starting are high in my opinion. - Limited to people in the US
People outside of the US can’t benefit from the services of the Land Profit Generator. - Target group might be hard to find
A very specific group of landowners must be targeted. I can imagine it won’t be easy to find them.

My Personal Take
The method that is laid out in The Land Profit Generator can be used to earn money. Unlike with flipping houses, there’s a lot less maintenance needed. That being said, I do think that the majority of people that are looking for methods to make money from everywhere don’t have the budget to buy the product or perform the tasks needed.
Jack Bosch mentions in his program that the sweet spot for buying land is somewhere between the 5000 and $200.000. Looking at this price it’s not something everyone can join.
I do think if you have the budget that it could be a great opportunity.
Verdict
Is Land Profit Generator A Scam? No, but it’s not for everybody. You’d need at least $5000 to start flipping land and that’s is excluding the cost of the product. I do think if you can invest in land flipping without it heavily impacting your life from a financial standpoint before making a profit it has promise.
Alternative for earning money from everywhere
Flipping land is without question an excellent method for earning money from everywhere. Land is a financial asset that can bring in a lot of money in a lot of ways but unfortunately it takes a lot of money to start.
Most people looking for a side income often don’t have that much money.
I know I didn’t.
This is why instead of focusing on physical financial assets such as houses and land I started focusing on digital financial assets such as websites.
Just like with land:
- you can rent websites
- Sell websites
- Flip websites
…or you can do what I do.
Direct buyers to products with websites and earn a commission
The only difference between this and flipping land is that you don’t need to invest +$5000 to get started and unlike land, there’s an unlimited number of websites. Heck, you can even make a website and sell it.
There are also some advantages to earning money with simple websites such as:
- You can do this from anywhere in the world
- The financial risk is a lot lower than land flipping
- It is possible to scale your online business and earnings quickly (without selling the asset)
- Unlike the land profit generator, you don’t have to be a US resident.
Just like with land flipping you have to do it the proper way to succeed.
