Over the last few years, I’ve been busy creating reviews about all kinds of online products.

Some turned out to be fake others were legit ways to make money online but in the process, I learned how to spot scams.

In this post, I’ll show you absolutely everything you need to know about Webinarkit and after reading it you’ll know exactly if you should give it a chance.

Is Webinarkit Worth Your Time?

What is Webinarkit?

Webinarkit is cloud-based software that makes the process of creating webinars easy for people. 

When you purchase Webinarkit, you’ll get access to the online platform that helps you with hosting and recording live webinars. 

It’s also capable of setting up the entire webinar funnel, scheduling the webinars, and sending notifications to all the webinar subscribers. 

It’s a great solution for those that want most functions needed for webinars under 1 roof.

Who is the founder of Webinarkit?

Webinarkit is founded by a team of people but the team member that seems to be most highlighted in the marketing of Webinarkit seems to be Stefan Cianco who is also the current CEO. 

According to his Linkedin Page, he’s been with Webinarkit company since 2020. In 2012 he graduated from the University of Connecticut with a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering.

Not a lot more is known about Stefan Ciancio.

How does Webinarkit work?

You have 2 webinar types the normal Webinarkit with which you can create automated webinar funnels and Webinar live which lets you interact with people in real-time.

There are a few more differences which I’ll get into later in the review but for the most part, they work with a simple 3-step process.

3. Launch Webinar

1. Log into Webinarkit

After purchasing Webinarkit, you can log into your account through the website. It’s cloud-based technology which means you can access your account and use it from any computer in the world as long as you have an internet connection. 

After you log in you’ll have access to the dashboard, where eventually you’ll have an overview of all your webinar funnels and analytics. 

2. Create a Webinar funnel 

In your Webinarkit dashboard, you’ll have a button that says create a new webinar funnel. Every time you want to create a new automated webinar or live webinar funnel you can click on it. 

Webinarkit has divided the creation of the funnel into 4steps: 

• Video (Only for automated webinars)
  Here you insert the link to the video file
• Details
  Here’s where you type all the information about the webinar.
• Design
  During this step, you customize your sign-up page and thank you page
• Live 
  Here’s where you schedule your webinars and manage everything related to scheduling. 

You’ll basically be guided through every step to create your webinar funnel. 

3. Launch Webinar

After everything is set up you can launch your webinar.

Who could benefit from Webinarkit?

Who would benefit from purchasing Webinarkit:

What’s the difference between Webinarkit and Webinarkit Live? 

The basic Webinarkit makes it possible to make automated webinar funnels. This means the webinar the leads will see is pre-recorded. 

This is a great feature but you could imagine that when you’re trying to convert leads addressing their objections and questions in real-time can be very effective. 

That’s why Webinarkit Live was created. It makes it possible to host live events and interact with your attendees in real-life time which often improves your conversion rate.

I have said earlier that there are two types of memberships with Webinarkit. 

• Webinarkit, temporarily a 1-time $97 (after this $99/month)
• Webinarkit live, starts at $44/month

Webinarkit reviews and User Ratings

Review websites on Google

The reviews on Google seem to be mostly positive about Webinarkit. It has most of the same features other webinar funnel programs have but at a more affordable price. 

YouTubers and their comment section

Most people reviewing the product on YouTube seem to be of the same opinion.

I have even seen videos of people that have been using it for a year and they seem to be just as satisfied with Webinarkit as they were when they first started.

My Personal Take

What I like: 

The 1-time purchase price

The features you get for a one-time payment of $97 are pretty much insane. 
The money you save with this offer over the long-time is a lot. 

Webinarkit is beginner-friendly

Webinarkit has been created in such a way that anybody could immediately use it. There’s no need to read any manuals or tutorials to properly use it. You can immediately get the most value out of the product from day 1 even if you have zero experience with hosting webinars or even marketing in general.

The Microsoft-teams/zoom-like functions for Webinarkit live

I like that Webinarkit has a lot of functions that work just like teams and Zoom. It feels very familiar which makes it that much easier to work with if you have any experience with either Zoom or Microsoft Teams. 

You can create rooms for guest hosts away from the eyes of the attendees that function as a digital backstage area just like you can do in teams with break-away meetings.

This is just 1 example of these functions but this is definitely a positive in my book.

Integrations 

Unfortunately, Webinarkit doesn’t have an in-built email marketing function but it does allow integrations with most email marketing services on the internet. 

This way you can turn your attendees into email subscribers and follow up with them after they’ve attended the initial webinar. 

In case, the email marketing service you have can’t be integrated into Webinarkit directly they do make Zappier integration possible. You can integrate your email marketing service through Zapier with Webinarkit.

What I don’t like: 

The limited 1-time purchase offer

I absolutely love the limited 1-time purchase offer for $97 but I have to admit that this is a double-edged sword because if you’re reading this after the limited deal has ended you’ll probably pay for a monthly membership.

This is why I’d advise you to act quickly!

Not being able to host videos in-platform with the lowest tier

The initial Webinarkit product doesn’t allow you to host videos on their platform. This means you’d have to upload your webinar on another video platform such as Vimeo or YouTube and insert the link into Webinarkit to add it to your funnel. 

I understand why they did it though. Having a hosting platform can be incredibly expensive and it becomes more expensive, the more people start uploading videos. 

This way they can use that money to include more features in the main product.

We probably wouldn’t have as many Webinar features in the main product at such a cheap price. So it’s fine by me.
