Welcome to my Getpaid4typing.net review.
You probably came to this page because you wonder if getpaid4typing.net is legit or a scam.
No need to worry you’re in the right place.
Over the last year, I’ve been busy creating reviews about all kinds of online products and programs. Some turned out to be fake other were legit ways to make money online but in the process I learned how to spot scams. Getpaid4typing.net is one the products I reviewed.
In this post, I’ll show you absolutely everything you need to know about getpaidtyping.net and after reading it you’ll know exactly if you should give it a chance.
Getpaid4typing.net Review Overview
Name: Get paid 4 typing
Website: getpaid4typing.net
Founder: Abhishek Srivastava
Product type: Typing job platform
Price: Free
Rating: 1/10
Summary:
Getpaid4typing.net claims to be a website that connects freelance writers with companies that need people for typing jobs. The problem with the website is that all the pages necessary for making this work are missing and you’re directed to a page where you have to rate apps.
Rating: 1/10

My First Impression of Getpaid4Typing.net
I haven’t heard a lot of good things about getpaid4typing.net but it seems to be a website that always comes up in discussions. The moment I visited the website I already had a bad feeling.
The design of the website looks more like one for a personal blog than a business that connects freelancers with companies in search of people for typing jobs. While I’m a “less is more” kind of guy as a company owner I don’t know if I could take a website designed like this serious.
The website also has a lot of unfinished pages which doesn’t scream out profesionalism. The moment you click on some of the links you get directed to pages that don’t have anything to do with the anchor title of the link.
Is it a scam? It might be but it could also be extreme negligence.
Red Flags
Red Flag #1: Suspicious backlinks
Before I looked further, I decided to look at what Google thinks about Getpaid4typing.net. I have been researching scam websites for almost two year and I hae noticed that most scam websites don’t try hard to look convincing.
This often translates in them having a very low domain rating (rating created by Moz to calculate it’s likelyness to rank high on Google.) To my surprise the website the domain had a pretty high domain rating.
It’s possible to increase your domain rating by being referenced by other websites with a high domain rating. This is why I went and take a look at the websites that are linking back to getpaid4typing.net.
I tried to visit some of the websites but my websecurity gave me a warning everytime I clicked on them saying suspicious activity is taking place on the websites.
To me this is definitely a red flag.

Red Flag #2: The Weird demo video
On the website, they have a demo explainer video. The problem with this video is that it doesn’t explain anything. It just shows you the steps needed to sign-up which are self-explanatory (Just fill out the sign-up form).
There was nothing in the video about:
- How to apply for a job
- How to add your credentials
- How companies come in contact with you
- or anything else you might want to know before applying for a job.
The only that was high lighted was a work assignment which is to rate a specific app in an appstore. The lack of information communicates to me that either the product isn’t finished or that they aren’t planning to ever create the product.

Red Flag #3: The Work Assignment sceme?
I talked about this in my last red flag but I think this should be highlighted. I have never heard of typing job websites having work assignments like this. I have seen facebook groups that demand that you subscribe to their Youtube page or follow their Pinterest account but this is different because:
- The assignment has nothing to do with the website.
- With the FB groups you know exactly what you’re going to get.
The assignment makes me think this website is just one giant promotion tool to get good reviews and ratings for apps. I wouldn’t be surprised if this website is connected to another website that provides apps with good PR.

Red Flag #4: Companies can’t register
This is the biggest red flag in my opinion. Getpaid4Typing.net claims to be a website that connects freelancers to companies that want to hire them but there’s no page on the website that makes it able for websites to apply.
Half of the “about page” is dedicated to the services provided to companies that want to work with them. You’d think the first thing you’d take care off is making it possible for companies to register.
No matter how you look at it with the pages published on the website it shouldn’t be possible to run a business like this.

Red Flag #5: Bad Reviews & Ratings
While its not a full proof tactic to find out if a product or program is a scam it’s right 90% of the time. Getpaid4typing has a lot of negative reviews. I just google “getpaid4typing.net” and every result said it was a scam.
There are also some reviews that are in the middle. This is because like I said in my first red flag a lot has been done to make this website look credible in Google’s eyes.
- It has an SSL certificate
This means the data shared between you and the website is encrypted and can’t be seen by others. - The high Alexa and Moz domain rating
It takes a lot of time and effort to increase your rating. This is something scammers normally do.
Inside GetPaid4Typing.net
There’s is not much to say about what happens when you sign-up. You get a page that shows your acount settings and you immediately get directed to the work assignment page.
For the most part everything is the same.
- You still don’t get options to see which jobs you can apply for.
- There isn’t a page that holds a record of the jobs you have done or how much money you have earned.
The only thing I noticed that actually changed is that the moment you sign-up you get access to their privacy policy page which makes no sense. You’d imagine everyone should be able to see this page all the time so you know what you’re getting into when signing up for getpaid4typing.net.
My Personal Take On Getpaid4Typing.net
Is getpaid4typing.net a scam? Not clear!
If you signup now you definitely won’t get what is promised but I’m not clear on if this was the website creator’s intent.
On one hand it looks like an eleaborate scam to get people to rate the app but on the other hand it looks like an extremely negligant and impatient website owner put a website online that wasn’t ready and used black hat seo strategies for marketing.
Either way I wouldn’t recommend joining getpaid4typing.net.
