What is Mindvalley
Mindvalley is an online learning platform founded in 2003 by Vishen Lakhiani. On the platform, you'll find online programs ranging over a lot of different subjects.
The one thing that connects all these courses is personal growth. That's Mindvalley's main goal to inspire and help people with their personal growth.
Mindvalley is active in 54 countries and has brought together more hundreds of instructors to teach about personal growth. Aside from the courses they also give live-events and have a podcast that you can listen to.
How do I get started with Mindalley
There's a very simple 3-step process that you can follow to start learning at Mindvalley.
1. Create an account
You can do this on the official website of Mindvalley by either signing-up with your email or with your Facebook account. Creating an account is free.
2. Choose a Quest
After you have an account you can do their free courses or purchase access to their programs called quests.
3. Start the Quest
After purchasing access you can begin following the quest and start learning.
Who can benefit from Mindvalley
Who would benefit from Mindvalley:
- People interested in personal growth in the subjects (health, spirit, relationships, body, wealth).
- People interested in taking their professional results to the next level
- People willing to spend several hundreds of dollars on courses.
Who shouldn't purchase courses from Mindvalley:
- People that don't want to spend a lot of money on online programs.
- People that want to go through programs on their own paste
- People looking for specific X and O's in these subjects instead of the personal growth aspect.

Mindvalley Features, Tools, and Training
Mindvalley features can be divided into 3 groups:
- Programs a.k.a Quests
- Events
- Mentoring
Mindvalley Quests
Mindvallys main features are their programs which they call quests. These are online programs that last somewhere between 30 and 60 days.
Unlike normal online courses, there is a set time in which all applicants follow the program this means everybody starts on the same day and follows the same daily schedule.
Every day they'll learn in small bits of 20 minutes followed by tasks that must be done for at least 30 days.
According to the Mindvalley website, this method of teaching has resulted in the highest online course completion rate in the world at 50%.
The instructors of these quests have all accomplished great things on their own and have worked with some of the most well-known brands before joining Mindvalley.
Think of brands like Nike, BBC, CNN, Forbes, etc.

Mindvalley events
Mindvalley also gives events all over the world where they bring in all kinds of experts all over the world. There are 4 different events that Mindvalley hosts:
- Mindvalley University
21 days of workshops, talks and seminars, and network with the instructors of Mindvalley - A-fest
Festival with speakers training and more. - Monthly local seminars
The 1-day seminar focused on meditation and goal-setting.
Mindvalley mentoring
A monthly online subscription that gives you access to +100 hours of online training videos and interviews featuring experts in the field of personal growth.
Mindvalley Opinions, Reviews, and User-ratings
To add some objectivity to this review I have done some research on what other people are saying about the product.
I have looked User-rating websites, other reviewers on Google, and other people voicing their opinion of Mindvalley.
Here is a summary of the results of my studies.
User-rating websites on Mindvalley
Summary:
The biggest user rating websites on the internet have given Mindvalley a high score based on how their userbase has rated it.
This was a sample size of more than 1000 users so it does have some credibility.
Other online product reviewers
Summary:
Other reviewers seem overall to have a very positive opinion about Mindvalley.
I value the opinion of these websites because they always look at products wit a more critical eye than other people since they have reviewed hundreds of products already.
Individual users
Summary:
Most users seem to be very happy with Mindvalley and love the Quest format of the programs.
You also notice that most people take multiple quests which says a lot about the quality of the quests.

My Personal Take
Looking at all the information I gathered I do think that Mindvalley thinks it's expensive but legit.
I can see a lot of people benefitting from their teachings. I do think you have to be in a very specific category to feel like you have gotten the most out of these products.
A lot of the quests have a lot of eastern philosophy engrained in their teaching so I could imagine that it goes against people from certain religions their values.
It can also seem a little floaty for people that are looking for precise steps to reach their goals that don't have to do with things like being present in the moment, motivation increasing your productivity, etc.
This comment sums up what I mean by floathy.
I like that the quests are 30 to 60-day programs.
You often have from these 3-day programs that teach you some of the basics and then you're on your own.
Mindvalley is definitely committed to creating habits while you're earning over a long period.
Verdict
Is Mindvalley A Scam?
After doing extensive research I've come to the conclusion that Mindvvalley is not a scam.
