You probably came to this page because you wonder what Optimalbux is about and if it's legit or a scam.

No need to worry you’re in the right place.

Over the last years, I’ve been busy creating reviews about all kinds of online products.

Some turned out to be fake other were legit ways to make money online but in the process I learned how to spot scams.

In this post, I’ll show you absolutely everything you need to know about Optimalbux and after reading it you’ll know exactly if you should give it a chance.

Summary:

Optimalbux is a PTC website (PTC stands for “Pay-To-Click”). The website was founded in 2018 by Dimitrios Kornelatos and is the third PTC website he has created in the last 10 years.

It has been proven that you can make money with this website by using it’s PTC features but also has an option to get paid with something called adpacks which I don’t advise you to invest in.

Interested in what kind of PTC features Optimalbux has, why I advise you not to invest in Adpacks, and why some rating websites think it could be a Ponzi scheme?

Read my post and likely you’ll come to the same conclusion.

What Is Optimalbux?

Optimalbux is a PTC-website founded by Dimitrios Kornelatos in 2018. This is the third PTC website he has created in 10 years.

At the time of writing this Optimalbux has 86449 members and gets roughly 50 new members a day.

According to the WHOIS information on the website it is currently being run from San Francisco, California.

Optimalbux makes its money in three different ways from what I have seen.

  • Premium membership money
Aside from the free standard membership they also have premium memberships of which the most expensive one costs $700.
  • Renting Ad space
You can pay for advertising your websites, products, etc on the website so that other users get exposed to it.
  • Selling shares
You buy Optimalbux shares and you’ll get money at a later point when the website blooms more.

How to get started with Optimalbux?

How Optimalbux works is surprisingly similar to Dimitrius his other projects.

It even uses the same template but it’s branded differently. You can get started by following a simple 3-step process.

1. Register
You can register on the official Optimalbux website. The only thing you need is your email.

optimalbux sign-up

2. Perform tasks
Start going through the offer walls and perform tasks in exchange for money.

Optimalbux tasks

3. Cashout
The moment you reach the threshold you can cashout.

Things to take into account:

  • To earn more you need to upgrade your account
  • Deleting referrals cost money
  • You have to look at 4 ads a day to get paid.

Who can benefit from Optimalbux

Who would benefit from Optimalbux:

  • People looking for pocket money and are willing to be on the platform 24/7 for it.

Who shouldn’t invest time or money in Optimalbux:

  • People looking for a decent side-income
  • People looking for a full-time income online

Pros and Cons

Pros

  • Multiple ways to make money
  • Low cashout threshold $5
  • Multiple payment processors

Cons

  • low earning potential
  • You’re obligated to click on ads daily
  • Optimalbux Adpacks could be a Ponzi scheme

How can you make money with Optimalbux?

As I’ve said earlier, you earn money by doing tasks on the website or you can earn money by performing tasks on the offer walls that’ll direct you to other ad websites.

Earn More Area

All the tasks that you can do on the website can be found in the Earn more area.

You’ll notice if you have been on other websites that are created by Dimitrios that it has the same type of tasks just more updated.

The tasks you’ll find in this area are:

  • View ads
Advertisements will be shown and you’ll be paid $0,0001 for every 10 seconds you watch.
  • Paid to signup offers
Sign-up for offers perform tasks and get paid somewhere between the $0,05 and $0,50 per sign-up.
  • Optimal grid
Press on a picture and watch an ad and you’ll have the chance to win up to a dollar.
  • Adpacks
Buy Optimalbux shares and get paid out later when the website blooms
  • Flip the coin
Pick heads or tails while betting money you have earned and have the chance to win a cash bonus.
  • Refer people to Optimalbux
Refer people to Optimalbux and earn a commission

Offerwalls

These tasks are all from different offer walls. These offer walls are all from different GPT-websites I’m assuming they partner up with.

I wouldn’t be surprised if they get money for everyone that performs the tasks on these websites.

Here are the websites that have offer walls on Optimalbux:

  • Skippyads
  • Mediumpath
  • minute staff
  • Bitswall
  • Offers4all
  • Wannads

Offerwall tasks

  • Complete surveys
The moment you pick a survey, you’ll be directed to another website where you can complete the survey in exchange for a few cents.
  • View ads
Most offers that include viewing ads require you to click on them and stay I the website you are directed to for at least 10 seconds. After doing this, you’ll receive money.
  • Paid to sign-up
You’ll be asked to click on some links sign-up and make money.
  • Watch videos
Watch videos and get paid per 10 seconds
  • Do quizzes
    Do quizzes and get paid
  • Play online games
    Earn money by playing games

Unlike the Optimalbux original tasks, you’ll be paid by the external websites.

Optimalbux memberships

You can join Optimalbux for free but that doesn’t mean you’ll get access to all the services Optimalbux has to offer. This is why encourage you to upgrade to their premium memberships.

Optimalbux has a 5-tier membership program.

  • Standard, Free
  • Silver, ($50/Y or $5/month
  • Gold, ($300/Y or $30/month)
  • Diamond, ($700/Y or $70/month)

The most significant differences in the memberships are:

  • Commission rate
  • How much money you can withdraw
  • The time intervals allowed within issuing a withdrawal request
  • Possibilities with renting referrals

Here’s a table that goes over all the features you get with each membership.

Optimalbux Reviews, User-ratings, and experiences

To add more objectivity I included some input from other sources such as rating and review websites.

I chose rating-websites. They have real user experiences on it and review websites because they compare it to similar websites.

Rating-websites

The only website that seems to have a focus group big enough to get some information from is Foxyratings.

The users on there are mostly satisfied with Optimalbux but the Adpacks are a different story.

The way the Adpacks are set-up makes it look like it could be a Ponzi scheme.

Review websites

The review websites all said the same thing about the Earn More area.

It is possible to make money but it’ll take you forever to even make pocket money unless you upgrade.

Most of the reviewers also suspect that the Adpacks feature could be a Ponzi scheme but it’s hard to prove it.

Most of the review websites don’t recommend using Optimalbux to make money online.

The OptimalBux Ponzi Scheme (Update!)

Multiple websites seem to worry that the Adpacks feature on Optimalbux is a Ponzi Scheme but not a lot of reviews take the time to answer why they come to that conclusion.

Let’s take a look at the definition of a Ponzi Scheme:

“…a way of deceiving investors (= people who give money to a company hoping to get more back) by using the money they give to pay interest to existing customers rather than investing it…”

Optimalbux Ad Packs

Ad Pack Ponzi Scheme Red Flags

While it's hard to flat out say if something is a scam. You can search for red flags and base your decision to invest in a product on these signals.

This is why I have listed a few of the red flags Ad Pack Ponzi schemes normally have and compared them to Optimalbux.

1. You have no guarantee that you'll ever get money
Most Ad Pack won't guarantee you any money or will give only a fraction of what you invested. As a paying member, you'll get $0,01 per click. This isn't a lot compared to what you pay for an ad pack.

2. You're encouraged to click on Ads
Ad Pack Ponzi schemes want you to click on as many ads on their websites as you can. This is done to convince people that are advertising on their website that they're getting clicks from interested visitors.

Optimalbux does this by letting people pay for their "services" by clicking on the ads that are on their websites.

3. Unusual high amount of referral earnings
A Ponzi scheme dies if there are no new members coming in to pay the older members. This is why they encourage people to bring in new members.

Optimal does this by giving 100% of the referral earnings to the referer. I don't know any legit referral program that'd give more than 40% of their earnings away.

You can't make money this way.

You also have to pay to delete referrals which is the weirdest thing I have ever seen on a website but makes sense when it comes to them wanting to keep their members.

4. Multiple Identical websites
To trow people off they often use multiple websites but offer on just one of them the ad packs. The rest serve as fake websites on which people can rent advertising space.

Scarletclicks and GPTplanet seem to be made by the same people that created Optimalbux which I consider a huge red flag.

Why would you need 3 identical websites that do the exact same thing? Maybe a rebrand but these websites are made with not a lot of time in between.

My Personal Take

Most of the panels on Optimalbux work but I wouldn’t join myself.

It takes way too much time to make money in my opinion and when you upgrade you’ll probably end up losing more money than earning unless you’re on the platform 24/7.

While most of the panels work I do think they're being used in a way that makes me thing this could be an adpack ponzi scheme.

I wasn’t willing to try that out because even if it works it could take months or even years before we find out if it works.

I’d rather go with methods with high earning potential than performing tasks 24/7 only to end up with $10.

Is Optimalbux A Scam?

After doing extensive research I've come to the conclusion that Optimalbux isn't a scam but it isn't legit either.

Optimalbux might not be what it presented itself to but there are other products out there that are legit.

  1. Thanks for all the information in this review. There are so many programs out there if not outright scams, still will waste your time and money. Especially when there are viable alternatives as you mentioned. Appreciate the heads up on this program.

    • Hey Joseph.

yeah. It’s crazy how many people are trying to scam you out of your money.
The cray thing is some of the rating websites gave it very good reviews.

  2. Yeah I believe that there are better ways to make not only money but a full-time income. It is better to go with a platform that is worth your time and money because with these types of platforms you will get a good return.

  3. Yes, as soon as you said you had to buy AdPacks my spidey-sense kicked in. I was part of a facebook group that had something similar. Now, I’ll have to look! Found the facebook group, but maybe he’s moved on to something else.
Key point, we shouldn’t have to pay when we are working to earn money.
    Cheers!

    • Yeah, there’s definitely something fishy going on with those Adpacks. I do think investing money
to get money isn’t always a bad thing but it shouldn’t be like this.

  4. “… you’ll be paid $0,0001 for every 10 seconds you watch.” 😆😆😆

I was seriously considering joining this site, but I instantly changed my mind after reading your review. I don’t know about you guys (to whoever might be reading this comment), but my 10 seconds of my time is worth more than $0,0001.

I believe that there are better alternatives for making money online, but sadly, Optimalbux turned not to be one of them.

I went through your number #1 recommendation instead, and it seems like a legit platform that I can trust. Since it’s even free to join, I might give it a try!

    Thanks! 🙂
