Some turned out to be fake others were legit ways to make money online but in the process, I learned how to spot scams.
In this post, I’ll show you absolutely everything you need to know about SurveyJ and after reading it you’ll know exactly if you should give it a chance.

Survey J is one of a ring of websites all created by the same people that claim to make it possible to earn money online simply by sharing a social media link or performing tasks on their offer wall.
According to the SurveyJ website, they’re the #1 influencer earning network but this couldn’t be further from the truth.
In reality, SurveyJ is a website that worries me. Read the review to find out why I think that is the case.

What is SurveyJ?
SurveyJ is a website that claims to be the #1 influencer earning network. According to SurveyJ, they make it possible for people to earn money by referring people to Survey J and earning a commission.
According to the WHOIS information of SurveyJ.co, the website was created on April 17th, 2021.
Not much is known about the founders of this website aside from that they operate out of Amsterdam in The Netherlands. They have chosen to not make this publicly on their website or on social media.
SurveyJ positions itself as a huge community with millions of members that love to share their opinion about everything.
Here are some of the claims Survey J makes:
- 250.000+ registered users
- paid out more than $7 Million to SurveyJ members.
- Possible to make $500 daily
- Sign-up and get a $45 bonus
- 1682 verified sponsors
This all sounds good but the problem with this is that the more I research, the more I’m starting to think something sketchy might be going on.
How does SurveyJ work?
You can supposedly win money with SurveyJ by following these 3 steps:
1. Join
Go to the website and create an account.
2. Share or complete tasks & Earn
After creating an account you’ll be directed to their dashboard where you can find your referral link. You can start inviting people to join SurveyJ (similar to affiliate marketing) and you’ll earn $2 for every click on your link and $20 for everyone who signs up.
You can also go to their task walls and complete tasks to earn money.
3. Get paid
Get paid out with PayPal, Cash App, Venmo, or Bitcoin.
The problem with these 3-steps is that while going through SurveyJ I found out that none of this is actually true.
I think this website is part of a ring of scam websites that are being used to steal people their information. Read below to see what I mean.
Things you have to take into account when trying to cash out:
Not only do you have to earn at least $220 but you also have to invite 5 people, get 15 clicks, and perform 5 tasks from the offer wall which all ask you for your information before you can complete the task.
SurveyJ Tasks
Survey J says it provides its members with multiple methods to earn money. Here’s a list of all the tasks that are available on the website once you sign-up.
Survey Tasks
After qualifying for the surveys, you’ll have the opportunity to complete surveys. All surveys are about different subjects.
App Tasks
SurveyJ will instruct you to install apps and you’ll have to do tasks on the app. The majority of the tasks are simple and can be done in 30 seconds.
Daily Quests
SurveyJ claims to have daily tasks on offer walls that you’ll be instructed to perform in exchange for payment.
Giveaways
An hourly giveaway that every member can join in exchange for a price.
The Survey J Referral Program
The main method that Survey J claims people are making money with is the referral program.
The moment you sign-up you’ll get a unique referral link that you can use to refer people to Survey J in exchange for $2 per click and $15 for every sign-up.
Who would benefit from joining SurveyJ
The only group that benefits from Survey J is the group that created this website. It’s almost impossible to meet the requirements to earn enough money to cash out.
SurveyJ red flags
red flag #1: Unsustainable business model
SurveyJ offers people $40 just for signing up and after that, $15 per referral and $2 per click on your affiliate link. I don’t know any business that’d throw money away like that.
If they truly have more than 250.000 active members that’d mean they have given at least $10 million to members without any guarantee of getting a return on investment. This sounds like a bad and unsustainable business model.
I can’t imagine a legitimate company doing this.
red flag #2: No Social Media Presence
You’d think if you have 250.000 active members and millions of registered members all trying to use links on social media to refer people to SurveyJ that you’d notice it on social media.
This doesn’t seem to be the case which I find very suspicious. Survey J does have a few social accounts but most of them have a max of 50 members/ followers. That doesn’t add up to the claims they make about having so many members on their platform.
This doesn’t necessarily have to be a red flag but it does give cause to pause.
red flag #3: Unknown Founders
The track record of the founders of a business can say a lot about the business itself. In this case, Survey J hasn’t given us the chance to look into the founders of the website. There are no mentions anywhere online about the founders and what they’ve done in the past.
This doesn’t have to be a red flag because there are a lot of companies that mention their founders on their websites but they at least can be found on Linkedin.
This doesn’t seem to be the case with Survey J.
red flag #4: Copywriting similar to other scam websites
For those that don’t know, there’s a chain with websites that scam people. They’re basically clone websites that all make the same promises and don’t deliver. Survey J seems to be similar to this website.
It’s not as obvious as the other websites but you notice when you reed the copywriting on the website that it’s very similar to websites such as paid2tap, use2earn, Social Bounty, Next cash, and more.
They all say:
- they’re the #1 influencer earning network
- they got mentioned by Forbes
- Based in The Netherlands
- That their website caused an uproar on social media
- and a lot more.
How exactly does SurveyJ Scam you?
That’s the most important question.
At first sight, it seems a bit weird to call it a scam website because you can join for free but it definitely is a scam.
There are a lot more ways to scam people than take their money. I’m not 100% sure but I suspect Survey J is selling the information of their members. It’d explain why they encourage people to refer more people with ridiculous bonuses they’ll never get.
Companies will pay a lot for information about their potential customers because it makes selling their products easier. Survey J “pressures” people to give their information by making it impossible to earn money without giving their information.
My Personal Take
Looking at everything I found and comparing it with other scam websites I have reviewed in the past I have come to the conclusion that this is a clone website used to gather people’s information and earn affiliate commissions at the expense of the members.
I have come across some good reviews on rating websites but I suspect that they’re all fake. Over the last 3 years, I have seen so many similar websites promising the same unrealistic results, using the exact same copywriting, and not delivering.
I can’t recommend joining SurveyJ.co
Verdict
Is SurveyJ A Scam? Yes. It is one of many clone websites used to gather information and earn affiliate commissions at the expense of members thinking they’ll earn money on the platform.
